You didn't provide just a regular lunch. You provided a random assemblage of deliciousness. İn fact the food you apparently grew with care and sang sweet lullabies to before being thrown into this arbitrary recipe of yours clearly seemed to volunteer to this dish for the good of others. Eating this food was like watching joyful, happy people at a Christmas party that rivals a Hollywood blockbuster. You didn't deliver just a regular lunch. You submitted a Gordon Ramsay 5 star cuisine. Oreo shake with the whip cream.

Affectionately known as apple-bapple among my friends and family, Applebee's used to hold a special place in our hearts as a fun place to start the weekend with fast and friendly service and a decent bite to eat. After tonight's experience, however, we never want to return. Starting off the night, the host pushed us to sit at the bar, which was our first red flag. I politely declined and we were seated near the bar at a table. Immediately we noticed how loud the music was playing. It was uncomfortable but the night was just beginning. We were able to order our food fairly quickly and didn't wait too terribly long for it either. Having not eaten much earlier that day, the thought of a classic cheeseburger had me watching every plate leaving the kitchen with a salivating anticipation of a juicy burger and crispy fries. Unfortunately, our main courses were practically inedible. The burgers arrived with a generous polishing of grease that had me reaching for the pile of napkins. You would think that a burger drenched in grease would be juicy, but instead it was a shiny slippery overcooked patty sandwiched between two bitter, rock hard buns. The service during this disastrous meal was non-existent with near-zero attention to our drinks and not one person asking how everything was tasting. After finishing the edible parts of the meal, we began the lengthy wait for our checks while they turned up the music even louder. At this point, all we wanted to do was pay, tip, and leave. Finally the waiter returned with our checks (done incorrectly) and we were able to get out of there. Overall, I have no desire to go back to this restaurant until it's better staffed.

Waited 40 minutes to be seated because they were short staffed. They refused to serve drinks even though we sat an hour before closing. Was served over sauced wings and dried out potatoes! Cost $40 for literal trash!

Had a girls dinner with 5 of us. We all enjoyed our food. The company was great.But I didn't like how the seating was set up. We could hear the people behind me and the people behind my friend across from me. It would have been nice to have a little barrier between us and others.The server was nice and accommodating. Thank you for the food and good evening.

Went out to have a good night for a friends 21st birthday. Keep in mind this was a Wednesday night around 8:00 so they weren’t busy. We called ahead an hour before to make sure that they could accommodate our group of nine and they told us it would be no issue. We showed up and we’re shown to a table quickly. Our server, BROOKE, then greeted us ten minutes later and we ordered drinks, she IDed no one after ordering alcoholic beverages and then proceeded how to tell us how she didn’t care if we were drinking underage as long as we tipped her. We then waited around 20 minutes for our drinks as we watched them sit on the bar and go flat and she chatted with her coworkers towards the back of the restaurant. She then finally brought us our drinks and then got food orders after around 30 minutes. Two appetizers that we ordered never came and our drinks remained empty for the duration of our time there. When our food did finally arrive three entrees were missing and BROOKE stated that she simply forgot to put them in and it wasn’t a big deal. An hour later our other entrees and missing appetizers arrived cold and soggy. It gets worse, she completely messed up our tickets and didn’t comp any of the items we were missing all evening. This server experience ruined apple bees for us and none of us will be eating there again. What could have been a $30+ tip turned into $5 real quick. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 5+ years and have never experienced service this terrible. Do better!!
