Graduates of the CIPP’s Foundation Degrees in Payroll Management or Pensions Administration and Management or the preceding Diploma in Payroll Management.

Applications are welcome from professionals who possess a foundation degree or UK Level 5 qualification gained within the last five years. In addition, successful applicants would normally be employed in an ongoing managerial position and have a minimum of three years’ experience

Payroll and pensions are both dynamic professions subject to rapid change and evolution. Assuming senior leadership and management positions within these disciplines requires aptitude in a broad range of faculties.

Organisations who hold graduates of this qualification amongst their ranks have the assurance that not only is the payroll and pension function managed assuredly but also has the drive and capability to adapt to change, identify and exploit efficiencies and the opportunities that both the payroll and pensions functions can offer to the organisation’s wider governance.

Students are required to apply the knowledge and skills gained from their studies to critically evaluate and drive improvement to current operational practices. Consequently,employers realise tangible benefits from the outset.

Over approximately 18 - 24 months, students will undertake four mandatory modules and one elective choice.

The BSc (Hons) Leadership and Managementis a flexible programme that caters for busy working professionals and the course structure accommodates this inherent challenge of balancing work and study. All the course materials and delivery is conducted online, facilitating the ability to study at a time and place that suits the individual. This enables students to successfully complete the programme regardless of where they live and work.

Following a week-long online Induction, students are invited to attend a non-compulsory face to face induction day. The induction day takes place at Lincoln’s City Centre Campus and provide students with the opportunity to meet tutors and support staff in person. Students embarking on their final project or dissertation are again invited to attend specific sessions enable them to focus on the requirements of this capstone module.

Student loans are available to all self-funding students in England who have not had a student loan previously. They are not based on, nor do they affect your credit rating.

Students living in Scotlandor Ireland are not currently within the student loan process. Students looking for public support to assist with funding these qualifications should apply for a part-time student grant from their respective governing body.

The benefits of a student loan to an individual would be:
